Consistent quality always

I've ordered from Frog's Leap several times over the years, and their consistency is why I keep coming back. My last purchase was the Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley, and it was just as excellent as previous bottles. They always package their wines well, and delivery is usually pretty reliable, taking about a week to get to my place in California. It's nice to know what you're getting, and their quality hasn't wavered.

Great Zinfandel

Bought the Old Vine Zinfandel. It shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. The wine was delicious. Will order again.

Good wine, slow shipping

I ordered the Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley and generally enjoyed it. The wine itself was quite good, well-balanced, and arrived securely packaged. However, the shipping took longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit drawn out for a standard delivery. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. Overall, decent value for a quality wine, but they could probably improve their shipping speed or at least give a more accurate estimate upfront.

Does anyone know if they take Apple Pay? Or just regular credit cards?

T Troy Doyle 1 month ago
I paid with a credit card last time, don't remember seeing Apple Pay as an option online. Could be wrong though.

Pretty sure it's just major credit cards. Visa, MC, Amex. Most wineries online are like that.

How are their returns? Bought a bottle for a friend but she already had it. Is it a pain to send back?

M Marcus Beaumont 2 months ago
Returns were actually pretty straightforward for me once. Just contacted them and they guided me through it. Not a hassle.

I've never returned wine myself, but I know their customer service is generally responsive so I imagine it wouldn't be too bad.

Is there usually a Black Friday sale for Frog's Leap? Hoping to snag some deals.

S Sam Z. 2 months ago
Pretty sure they do something for Black Friday/Cyber Monday every year. Keep an eye on their site closer to November.

Yeah, they usually have seasonal promotions, so I'd expect something around then. Might be free shipping or a percentage off certain wines.

Are their wines really organic? Like, actually certified, or just 'organic practices' type thing?

P Phil 1 month ago
Yep, they are certified organic. They make a point of it on their website. Been that way for ages.

They're legit organic, and dry-farmed too, which is awesome. Not just marketing fluff.

Has anyone done the tasting experience? Is it worth it compared to just buying bottles?

A Anna G. 1 month ago
Absolutely! Did it on a trip to Napa. Really cool to try a bunch of different stuff and learn about their dry farming. Plus, the setting is beautiful.

I'd say if you're local or visiting, definitely. If you just want to drink, buying bottles is fine, but the experience is more than just tasting.
